Major Achievements: 
  • Through the donation of land and cash, help to rebuild Nan Hua Independent School. Respectfully called, “Father of Nan Hua”
  • Bestowed title of Tan Sri by the Yang Di Pertuan Agung in 1996


 

Manifesto
  • Build an independent Hua Zong without fear or favor, non partisan position but to work with other community groups, including Chinese based party in Malaysia
  • Actualize the division of work among Chinese Community Groups:
    • Hua Zong to specialize in politics, social and affairs related to the well-being
    • Associated Chinese Chamber of Commerce Industry to specialize in economic affairs
    • Tong Jia Zong in education and cultural affairs, and 
    • Hua Yen to serve as the Think Tank for the Community
  • Propose to form a tripartite council between Hua Zong, ACCCIM and Tong Jia Zong
  • Actualize the Election Appeals contained in the Chinese Association Election Appeals
  • Promote the modernization of Chinese Associations in Malaysia
  • Conduct direct dialogues between government departments and the Community Groups
  • Break from its communal confinement, cooperate with other non government and community groups to advance the interest of Malaysia.
