KUALA LUMPUR: Beside Japanese Encephalitis and Hendra-like Encephalitis, there are another 6 lethal Encephalitis-like virus lurking around Malaysia that needs to be TERMINATED immediately. Escaped the watchful eye of health authorities for years, these mutant viral strains of Encephalitis Lethargica (EL)* were discovered by
Pahlawan during the JE Crisis.

• Create a Surveillance Zone around the Buffer Zone and warn these people. They either shape up or ship out. If their behavior do not change within 24 hours or if they show signs of infection at a later date, immediately sack them too.
